Terms of Service

By placing an order or enquiring about a commission, you agree to the following terms.

Prints

All print orders are made to order. Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of purchase. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Delivery takes up to 2 weeks. Prints are shipped flat.

Originals & Commissions

Commissions are agreed via direct message on Instagram before any payment is taken. A deposit may be required to begin work. Lead time is up to 6 weeks. Commissions are non-refundable once work has begun.

Returns & Damages

We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, contact us via Instagram within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement.

Intellectual Property

All artwork remains the intellectual property of yushCreations. Purchase of a print or original does not transfer any reproduction rights. Commissioned work may be used by the commissioning party for the agreed purpose only.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
